Hermes setting Barings, Chief Marketing Officer Ian Pascal

Pascal page for Rob, who will leave the company in July at Henderson Global Investors.

Based in the London office, reporting to Pascal Harriet Steel, Global Head of Business Development and lead the corporate marketing strategy and global wholesale Hermes and direct all corporate communications.

Pascal came from Baring Asset Management where he spent 11 years and was most recently director of global marketing strategy of the company, a team of 35 people in eight offices worldwide.

Prior to Barings, he held senior marketing positions at Old Mutual Asset Management and Hill Samuel Asset Management.
